Old San Juan
Light Lager - 4.0% abv - Light bodied and highly drinkable lager. Hopped with Lemon Drop hops for a soft citrusy and floral twist.
Kölsch Style Ale • 4.9% ABV • Double Gold Medal Winner. Light and crisp with floral notes from German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. After primary fermentation we lager the beer to develop a slightly fruity, white grape-like finish that is characteristic of this German-style ale from the Cologne region.
Bat out of Helles
Helles Lager - 5.1% abv Clean and refreshing lager with a pleasant balance of German malt and Noble Hops. Floral notes with a touch of spice and a hint of citrus.
Hefeweizen - 5.4% abv Fermented with a traditional Hefeweizen yeast originating from Freising, Germany. This ale is brewed with 50% wheat and a light dose of noble hops, with the classic notes of banana, spice, grain, and a pillowy texture.
Pineapple IPA - 6.6% abv This refreshing IPA is laced with juicy pineapple fruit, while the lactose provides a creamy texture and soft sweetness. Hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops. Contains lactose.
New England IPA • 7.5% ABV • Tons of tropical fruit hop character. Massively dry-hopped with Azacca, Mosaic, and Citra. Unfiltered.
Dark & Roasty
Smoked Porter • 6.5% ABV • Dark brown, robust body with hints of chocolate and caramel. Pronounced, but smooth smoke finish.
Barrel Aged Imperial Stout • ABV 10.3% • Aged for 9 months in American oak bourbon barrels, this Imperial Stout delivers complex roasted notes of coffee and chocolate, accompanied by notes of caramel and dark dried fruits. The barrels contribute hints of vanilla and butterscotch wrapped in smooth Bourbon whiskey.
